1. You should correctly use the
truck-mounted concrete pump according to the relevant regulations no matter it is diesel type or electric type.
2. The running piping of concrete pump should be strongly supported and each conduit joint should be firmly jointed. Besides, it is not allowed to hang heavy things on the pipeline.
3. You should check whether the electrical equipment is in good condition and all kinds of instruments are normal.
4. You should make sure that the pilot switch, button and hand shank of each part are in the right position.
5. You need to start the electrical machine to make the
concrete pump idle for 2 to 3 minutes, and then check whether each part is normal and whether its rotation direction is correct.
6. In the process of pumping, you need to pay attention to the pressure gauge instructions at any time, and if the pressure exceeds the prescribed pressure, then you should timely find out the cause and solve it.
7. If the concrete pump stops because of the failure, then you should open the slurry valve to make the pressure declining and remove the failure. What’s more, it is not allowed to dismantle air plenum, pop-off valve or pipeline when the pumping pressure did not drop to zero.
